Garlic Parmesan Pasta

Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 2 cups vegetable broth
  • 1 cup milk
  • 8 oz egg fettuccine pasta
  • salt
  • black pepper
  • ΒΌ cup parmesan grated

Instructions

  • Heat butter in large saucepan over medium heat. Add garlic and cook, stirring frequently, about 2 minutes.
  • Add in the vegetable broth, milk, and fettuccine. Season with salt and pepper to liking.
  • Bring the pot to a boil, the reduce heat and simmer, stirring occasionally, for about 15-20 minutes.
  • Take pan off heat and stir in parmesan.
