Buffalo Chicken Dip
Presenting the dish that will make your mouth water. Just pair this delicious dip with your favorite brand of tortilla chips and be on your way. Be prepared though, you will have a food baby.

Ingredients
For the Chicken
- 1 lb chicken breast
- olive oil
- salt
- black pepper
- garlic powder
- paprika
- cayenne pepper
For the Dip
- 1 cup Frank's Original Red Hot Sauce
- 8 oz cream cheese softened
- ½ cup sour cream
- ¾ cup cheddar cheese shredded
- 1 lb cooked chicken shredded
- 1 tbsp butter butter
- 2 tsp garlic minced
Instructions
For cooking the chicken
- Preheat the oven to 350℉.
- Drizzle olive oil on all pieces of chicken and lightly coat each piece with all the seasonings.
- Place pieces of chicken in baking dish or sheet and place in oven until fully cooked.
- Remove chicken from the oven and allow to cool for 10 minutes. Shred the chicken into thin pieces.
For cooking the dip
- Preheat oven to 375 F. Arrange oven rack to the middle of the oven.
- Heat 1 tablespoon of butter in a large pan over medium heat. Sauté 2 teaspoons of garlic for 30 seconds. Add the shredded chicken and 1 cup of Frank's Original Red Hot Sauce for 2 minutes.
- Stir in the 8 oz block of cream cheese and mix well. Remove pan from heat and stir in ½ cup of sour cream.
- Pour the mixture into a 1-quart baking dish and spread ¾ cup of cheddar cheese evenly over the surface.
- Place the dish in the oven for 10 minutes.
- Remove the dish from the oven and allow to cool for 1 minute. The Buffalo Chicken Dip is ready to serve!
Notes
To make the dip spicier, add more hot sauce. You can use rotisserie chicken.
